Business Start-up and Registration

What the service will include:

We will set up your business based on the best corporate structure for you.  When you call, we will set up a 1-hour meeting to register your business.  We will discuss what type of service your business will provide.  We will go over the different types of business form sole proprietor, partnership, small corporation and corporation.  We will talk about payroll and if employees are needed to meet your business goals.  Your business will be registered that day, but it will take up to 10 business days to get all your paperwork from the state.  After you get all your registration papers you can go to your bank of choice and set up a business checking account.  This is important to track your income and your expenses for your business and not to mix with your individual banking needs.

What your business needs:

Federal EIN:  A Federal Employer Identification Number 

Mayland Business Express:  Maryland's new website to Register your business in Maryland

Article's of Incorporation: Need to be presented to the Bank to show you have set up a business structure for your business

Maryland CRN: A Maryland Certification of Registration Number

All prices are base prices and subject to change

• Sole Proprietor $ 155.00
• Small Corporation $ 175.00
• Corporation $ 175.00
